That was fun! I might lack the hamstring flexibility to properly invert on those shoulder stand leg lift exercises, but I can kinda float with both feet off the ground. Although, in saying that, floating both feet might be defeating the purpose of those exercises....

That was funs! My scapular protraction is not the best, and this is definitely going to help with that. I can feel it already. I might have messed up some of the rep counts, but it probably just made me do a few extra. My form might have been a bit iffy, but hopefully my butt wasn't sticking way up in the air. I'm looking forward to see what the next workouts have in store.
