Hi! I'm Lucy. I self-identify as an "energizer bunny", and am passionate about movement! I've been exposed to a multitude of sports throughout my lifetime, and love learning new things. You can most often find me upside down (#rarelyrightsideup) or in the air! I prioritize what my body can do over how my body looks and have made it my goal to empower others in the same way! The follow up I typically get asked is “which sports” I’ve played. I’ve done gymnastics, lacrosse, basketball, soccer, softball, ballet, cheerleading and found yoga, calisthenics, and CrossFit as an adult!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a gym membership?
For most programs you just need your body and some room to move. However, for specific programs you may need a mat, dumbbells and parallettes. As for the hypertrophy programs, you will want access to the gym, you can always modify for at home workouts but it will make things a lot easier if you jump on a gym membership for that one.
I'm a beginner, can I still join?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
How do I know which program to follow?
Once you're in the app, I walk you through all of the options to ensure that you feel you're choosing the appropriate one for you and your goals!
