Remember if you don’t have Parallettes, you can always use boxes or benches that are the same size!
Focus on keeping elbows locked out and shoulders stacked over wrists for all plank movements.
Make sure shoulders and wrists are warm prior to beginning!
**For anything that requires both sides like plank taps. Each set will be one side aka there are six sets total and 3 for each side.
