Workout Details Below Remember if you don’t have Parallettes, you can always use boxes or benches that are the same size! Focus on keeping elbows locked out and shoulders stacked over wrists for all plank movements. Make sure shoulders and wrists are warm prior to beginning! **For anything that requires both sides like plank taps. Each set will be one side aka there are six sets total and 3 for each side.

That was funs! My scapular protraction is not the best, and this is definitely going to help with that. I can feel it already. I might have messed up some of the rep counts, but it probably just made me do a few extra. My form might have been a bit iffy, but hopefully my butt wasn't sticking way up in the air. I'm looking forward to see what the next workouts have in store.
