Workout Details Below Remember if you don’t have Parallettes, you can always use boxes or benches that are the same size! Focus on keeping elbows locked out and shoulders stacked over wrists for all plank movements. Make sure shoulders and wrists are warm prior to beginning! **Anything that is one sided, will have each set represent one side. AKA In the diver leg lifts there will be 6 sets since each side will have 3 sets total.
