Parallettes Week 1 Day 3 - Moving with Momentum

Remember if you don’t have Parallettes, you can always use boxes or benches that are the same size! Focus on pushing tall against the bars and keeping hips lifted as we move through space. Make sure shoulders and wrists are warm prior to beginning! **Any movement that we take on each side, one set will represent that side. AKA for elevated knee to nose taps we will take 4 sets since there are 2 on each side.
